I just wanted to reach out to let you know that I have not forgotten about everything you have done for Edgewater to get us legal with the fire marshal and the county. Your team was amazing as well and I can't express my gratitude enough. 

I’m grabbing a few minutes to let you know how incredible Hector has been these past couple of days. I wish I had a camera yesterday to capture the image of his determination as he went swiftly from punch list item to punch list item, with his assistant trailing behind him, ladder over his shoulder.  The optics of that image show everything SPFP could want in a foreman.

The past couple of weeks have been incredibly stressful [...] so his calm determination and cooperation has really been welcome!

I have spoken with a dozen fire sprinkler companies and St. Pete Fire is the only one that has come through for me.  The owner Suzanne sits on the AFSA board and knows every statue. I have also had many meetings with Clearwater Fire Dept. and Suzanne is well known and respected there which was helpful in the approval process.  I highly recommend that you reach out to her if you are in need of sprinklers for your ALF… hands down she is at the top in credibility and knowledge of the fire protection industry.

We hired Suzanne Saults and St. Petersburg Fire Protection. And, we're delighted we did.  They worked with the Contractor/City on the permitting, they showed up on time, they completed their work in a professional and efficient manner and they demonstrated great care for our property on trim out (clean and respectful).  Suzanne was always available to answer questions and her team was prompt in responding whenever asked.
